Tasks

• Independently manage financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, and cash accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Filing advance sales tax returns and other tax returns
• Account maintenance and reconciliation, as well as supporting management in day-to-day operations
• Contributing to the optimization and digitization of accounting processes, as well as collaborating with tax advisors and auditors

requirements

• Completed business vocational training recognized in Germany, with a focus on finance or human resources
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency with MS Office
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Ability to work as part of a team, a sense of responsibility, and strong written and spoken German and English skills
