Job description

We are seeking a Deputy Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) for a prestigious company in Hörselberg-Hainich to start as soon as possible through direct placement.

Tasks

•  Assisting the shift supervisor with planning and coordinating work processes

• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

• Guiding and motivating employees to create a productive work environment

• Compliance with safety regulations, work guidelines, and government requirements

• Communicating with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information

• Troubleshooting for Malfunctions or Unexpected Challenges in Production 

requirements

•  Apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator / Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology or equivalent

• Leadership skills: the ability to lead a team, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety regulations

• Organizational Skills: Planning shift schedules, staffing, and resource management

• Strong communication skills: Clear and effective communication with coworkers and supervisors

• Willingness to work three shifts and on weekends
