Tasks

• Development of systematic, cost-effective, and forward-looking electrical and building services engineering concepts for turnkey building construction projects—from conceptual planning through design planning to construction and installation planning
• Planning and Design of Electrical Installations and Building Services Systems
• Preparation of technical calculations, as well as the sizing and design of electrical systems
• Planning and Editing BIM Projects Using a 3D Model
• Preparation of technical presentation and planning documents
• Participation in meetings with clients, project meetings, and project presentations
• Development of innovative and cost-effective system solutions for electrical engineering and building services engineering
• Supporting projects throughout various planning phases

requirements

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, or electrical engineering; or completion of an apprenticeship as a Master Electrician (m/f/d) or Electrical Technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the conceptual and detailed design of electrical and building services systems
• Ideally, some experience in installation planning and project management in the building services sector
• Knowledge of electrical design, building systems, and building services engineering
• Strong CAD skills, preferably in Autodesk Revit
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus
• Proficiency in using relevant calculation and planning software, ideally Linear
• Technical understanding and a structured and efficient approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and a sense of responsibility
