We are seeking dedicated production assistants / machine operators (m/f/d) for one of our prestigious clients in Salzgitter, to be hired as soon as possible under a temporary staffing arrangement.

Tasks
- Operation and Monitoring of Coating and Production Systems
- Placement and Removal of Components on the Machines
- Carrying out set-up and adjustment work
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards
- Visual and quality inspections of coated workpieces
- Documentation of Production and Test Data
- Carrying out simple maintenance and cleaning work on the systems
- Compliance with safety, quality, and work instructions
requirements
- Initial experience as a machine operator, plant operator, production worker, or in the field of coating/surface technology
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- A quality-conscious and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good written and spoken German
