We are seeking an industrial mechanic / metalworker to serve as a foreman (m/f/d) for a renowned client company in Salzgitter , to start as soon as possible .

Tasks

• Technical leadership and coordination of a small team of mechanics in the industrial sector
• Planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance, repair, and installation work on machinery and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and occupational safety requirements
• Analysis and Troubleshooting of Mechanical Malfunctions
• Coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow
• Documentation of the work performed and preparation of corresponding reports
• Support in training new employees

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechanical engineer (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in industrial mechanics or maintenance
• Experience with MAG and manual metal arc welding is a plus
• Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation
• Extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial plants
• Willingness to work occasional shifts and weekends
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as a customer-oriented approach
• A Class B driver's license is required
