Tasks

• Preparation of monthly payroll statements in accordance with all relevant legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and company agreements
• Responsible for reviewing and maintaining payroll-related master data, as well as time management and organizational data, in the SAP system
• Preparation, review, and administration of payroll-related HR documents; seamless transfer of information and knowledge with internal departments
• Responsible for data exchange with external entities (e.g., health insurance companies or government agencies) and the provision of HR reports tailored to specific target groups
• Active participation in the ongoing optimization and standardization of processes within a defined area of responsibility; collaboration on relevant (cross-site) projects

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally with additional certification in payroll accounting; alternatively, a degree in economics with a relevant specialization 
• Relevant professional experience asan HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d) —ideally with a focus on payroll, master data administration, time management, and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law; proficiency with MS Office and common HR systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• German language spoken and written (C1)
