Tasks
- Active support for the implementation of IMS billing processes in the Standard Load Profile (SLP) environment
- Processing Invoice Corrections and Complaints
- Editing Meter Reading Postings
- Processing and Coordinating Technical Inquiries
- Identifying and Implementing Process Optimizations
- Contribute to digitization and automation processes in the IMS environment
requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in billing for intelligent metering systems (iMSys) in the Standard Load Profile (SLP) environment
- Knowledge of EDIFACT data formats
- Structured and independent way of working
- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA
