Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of our client, a major European defense contractor that manufactures military land systems in Kassel, we are seeking warehouse logistics specialists (m/f/d) for temporary staffing assignments.

Tasks

• Verification of intake documents to ensure that all preceding steps have been fully completed
• Enter all necessary postings for goods movements in the PPS system (SAP ERB/WM/EWM)
• Space-optimized storage of in-house manufactured and externally procured parts
• Proper labeling and careful handling of materials to be stored
• Picking and Packing Shipments
• Correct delivery to recipients (identification of goods, quantity, packaging suitable for transport)
• Clarification, posting, or reporting of inventory discrepancies to the supervisor or Inventory Management

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience preferred
  Willingness to work in 3 shifts
• Forklift certification required / Crane operator certification (preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in MS Office is required
• Expertise in Hazardous Substances (KWKG) / Good written and spoken German skills
• Willingness to Relocate
