Tasks

• Operation and Monitoring of Individual Stations in Continuous Production Lines
• Supporting and standing in for shift supervisors in organizing and managing production
• Analysis and resolution of malfunctions, as well as implementation of appropriate measures
• Preparing shift documentation and ensuring a smooth shift handoff
• Technical and educational guidance, as well as training for apprentices in the field of machine and plant operation (m/f/d)

requirements

• Completed technical vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Qualification to serve as a trainer for the occupation of machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a master craftsman training program
• Work experience asa shift supervisor (m/f/d) with training certification (as a substitute)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• A personal car is absolutely necessary to get to the workplace in Blankenhain
