We are looking for a sales representative (m/f/d) with aviation experience for our client in Hildesheim in the DIRECT HIRING!
Here, you won’t be selling a standard product. You’ll be presenting high-quality aviation technology not just in theory, but directly in practice—during demonstration flights with national and international clients.

Tasks

• Sales of gyrocopters through direct customer contact
• Conducting Demonstration and Showcase Flights
• Consulting and support for national and international clients
• Support throughout the entire sales process—from the initial contact to the signing of the contract
• Representing the company at client meetings, events, and presentations
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

requirements

• Valid ultralight aircraft pilot license, including medical certificate
• Practical flight experience, ideally with gyrocopters or similar aircraft
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a willingness to conduct demonstration flights
• Experience in selling technically complex products
• Excellent proficiency in German and English (knowledge of other languages, such as French, is a plus)
• A confident and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a focus on closing deals
• Willingness to travel: approximately 20–40%
