Tasks
- Preliminary planning for booked containers in compliance with any applicable dangerous goods regulations
- Assignment and Scheduling of Containers to the Fleet
- Responsibility for matching import orders with corresponding export orders
- Handling and Resolving Transportation Obstacles
- Verification, processing, and transmission of required shipping documents
requirements
- Completed vocational training in the freight forwarding and logistics sector
- Previous experience in scheduling and knowledge of the container shipping market are a plus
- Proficient and experienced use of MS Office products and transportation management systems
- A more precise, flexible, and customer-friendly work style
- Very good knowledge of German and English
