Job description

On behalf of our client, a major European defense contractor that manufactures military land systems in Kassel, we are seeking industrial mechanics (m/f/d) for temporary employment.

Tasks

• Assembly and disassembly of complex large assemblies, sub-systems, and complete systems
• Maintenance and repair of mechanical and hydraulic components of military vehicles and equipment
• General assembly work on wheeled and tracked vehicles and subsystems
  Adherence to specified lead times and required quality standards in the completion of various assemblies and systems
• Work based on drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documents
• Compliance with and implementation of quality requirements (ISO 9001) and schedule requirements

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician or automotive mechanic / agricultural machinery mechanic (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
• A crane operator's license is required to begin
• Excellent knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics is required / Good knowledge of pneumatics and electrical systems is required
• 3-shift work is absolutely necessary! (Currently still 2-shift, but 3-shift is possible)
• Willingness to Relocate
