We’re looking for a Master Auto Mechanic (m/f/d) to start immediately—someone who doesn’t just tighten bolts, but also keeps the energy in the shop at full throttle! We’re looking for Master Auto Mechanics (m/f/d) for our locations in Lübbenau, Senftenberg, and Hoyerswerda.

Tasks

• Monitoring and Controlling Workshop Operations
• Quality assurance for repairs and maintenance performed
• Customer advice and support
• Calculation and quotation preparation
• Order Processing and Inventory Management
• Performing complex diagnostics and repairs

requirements

• Successfully completed master craftsman's examination in the automotive field
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
• In-depth technical knowledge of vehicles 
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills 
• High level of safety awareness
