Tasks
- Operation and Programming of CNC Lathes
- Setting up and operating conventional lathes
- Machining workpieces on complex, multi-axis machines, particularly turning centers
- Working with different control systems, such as TRAUB, FANUC, and SIEMENS
- Independently setting up and configuring CNC lathes
- Optimization of existing CNC programs and the tools used
- Evaluation of measurement results and documentation of work processes and production results
- Compliance with applicable safety standards and operating procedures
requirements
- Successful completion of vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training
- In-depth knowledge of operating CNC lathes
- Experience with multi-axis machines and turning centers
- Proficiency in operating control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC, and SIEMENS
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (2-shift system)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High willingness to learn as well as resilience and flexibility
- A high degree of initiative, combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
