Tasks
- In the Outbound Telco/DSL division, you'll convince customers to retract their cancellation requests.
- With your charm, you'll convince these customers to stay with us by offering them great deals
- In inbound calls, you help customers save money by calling them and helping them secure more affordable contracts or find plans that better suit their needs
- During engaging and varied sales conversations, you’ll present various contract options and finalize them
