Tasks

• Providing customer support and handling quality-related issues and complaints
• Conducting error and root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions
• Coordination and tracking of actions resulting from problem-solving processes and audits
• Maintaining and updating quality documentation such as test plans and work instructions
• Management of the restricted-access warehouse and support for continuous improvement and process optimization

requirements

• Completed business training is a plus, as is technical understanding; also suitable for motivated career changers
• Initial experience in quality assurance or quality management is preferred
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and proficiency with computer applications
• Proficiency in German and a willingness to work in a three-shift system
