• Hourly wage with industry surcharge:
• Starting wage: 18.49 euros
• 19.30 euros after three months
• 20.90 euros after five months
• 23.32 euros after seven months
• 24.96 euros after nine months
• 27.46 euros after fifteen months
• Late-shift premium 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. 15% / Night-shift premium 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. 25%

• Operating and monitoring production systems
• Carrying out quality controls
• Material provision and machine conversion
• Compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines
• Teamwork to ensure the production process runs smoothly

requirements

• Ideally, initial professional experience in production or in a skilled trade
• Reliable, careful and team-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
