Tasks

• Planning and Implementation of Quality Assurance Measures
• Development of inspection plans and conduct of incoming goods inspections, initial product inspections, and final inspections
• Analysis of quality deviations and implementation of appropriate corrective actions
• Management and Optimization of Quality and Manufacturing Processes
• Monitoring the effectiveness of measures as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

requirements

• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
• Strong understanding of quality and willingness to consistently implement and enforce quality requirements
• Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities with good judgment and assertiveness
• Very good written and spoken German
