Tasks
- Manufacturing and Regrinding of Precision Tools
- Setup, Operation, and Programming of Grinding Machines
- Planning and managing production orders, as well as operating multiple machines
- Ensuring quality standards, as well as analyzing and correcting errors
- Performing maintenance work and continuously optimizing manufacturing processes
requirements
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
- Experience in tool grinding as well as in 5-axis machining and programming
- In-depth knowledge of working with carbide, HSS, CBN, and various abrasives
- A structured, quality-conscious, and team-oriented approach to work, with a high degree of initiative
- Proficiency in German, as well as a willingness to work shifts and commit to ongoing professional development
