Tasks
- Manufacturing of series-production and individual parts according to instructions and drawings using conventional or CNC-controlled machine tools
- Preparation, Measurement, and Installation of Work Equipment, Clamping Devices, and Tools
- Setting Cutting Parameters and Tools
- Creating, Customizing, and Optimizing Machine Programs
- In-process inspection of manufactured parts in accordance with quality guidelines
requirements
- Successful completion of vocational training in a metalworking trade, ideally as a machining technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience and extensive technical knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of machine control systems (Siemens Sinumerik 840D and Heidenhain)
- Interest in expanding one's own skills
- Attention to detail, dedication, and commitment
