Tasks

• Organization, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of all ongoing accounting processes
• Management reporting to senior management and support for the Controlling department
• Conducting and coordinating audits, as well as performing independent audits, including managing payment transactions
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, and annual financial statements as needed
• Contact Person for Tax Advisors, Auditors, and Business Auditors

requirements

• Completed business training or continuing education as a certified accountant (m/f/d) (IHK) or a degree in business administration
• Ideally, with an additional certification as an accountant (IHK) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally at an international company or an auditing firm.
• In-depth knowledge of German commercial and tax law (HGB, IFRS).
• Experience in preparing financial statements and in accounting. Strong aptitude for working with numbers, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in SAP, DATEV (or comparable ERP systems), as well as strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Good written and spoken English skills are a plus. Ability to work well with others and strong communication skills.
