Tasks

• Setup of die-cutting machines, including peripheral equipment such as winders, automatic welding machines, and automation systems
• Quality Control During Production
• Implementation of continuous improvement processes, assembly, and functional testing of progressive dies
• Independent adjustment of functional dimensions and force specifications
• Supporting production staff and helping to optimize production processes 

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker (m/f/d), ideally in the production sector— —or equivalent
• Experience operating BRUDERER and YAMADA automatic punching machines
• Experience in the field of tool optimization is desirable
• Proper Handling of Drawing Specifications and Tolerances
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and high motivation
