Tasks

• You will manage a functional area within our highly automated warehouse and lead your team to successfully complete daily tasks
• You coordinate the allocation of tasks and resources within your area of responsibility
• You manage the allocation of resources among the teams in coordination with the control center's scheduling team
• You serve as a point of contact for our employees and support their professional development 
• You will support the leadership team in developing, introducing, and implementing new solutions 

requirements

• Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by advanced training leading to a master craftsman or business specialist certification
• Relevant leadership experience as a warehouse logistics team leader (m/f/d) is preferred 
• Experience working with automation technology and modern warehouse technology
• Assertiveness in handling technical and disciplinary matters, along with strong coordination skills and excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken German; basic knowledge of English
