Tasks

• Organization and Management of Challenging Construction Projects
• Regional operations in the Mannheim area and surrounding regions
• Coordination and supervision of construction sites
• Management of Personnel, Equipment, and Materials
• Monitoring of Construction Processes and Work Performance
• Cost Control and Financial Responsibility for Construction Projects
• Preparation and review of timely billing
• Ensuring Quality and Occupational Safety Standards
• On-site point of contact for building owners, government agencies, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Coordination and alignment of all relevant interfaces
• Documentation of the Project and Construction Process
• Monitoring Budgets and Costs
• Ongoing monitoring of proper service delivery

requirements

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in construction management
• Independent and structured way of working
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Strong ability to work in a team and a professional demeanor
• A confident and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and project partners
• Assertiveness and organizational skills
• A strong hands-on approach
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel
