Hourly wage with industry surcharge:
Starting wage: 18.66 euros
; after three months: 20.73 euros
; after fifteen months: 27.54 euros
Tasks
- Operating and monitoring machines – You ensure that production runs smoothly.
- Identifying technical malfunctions – You can resolve minor malfunctions on your own following the provided instructions.
- Focus on Quality – You inspect the manufactured parts and ensure high quality.
- Take Responsibility – You will perform maintenance, cleaning, and simple repair tasks.
- Improving processes – You identify opportunities for optimization and contribute your ideas.

- Experience in machine operation or plant management
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- A meticulous, precise, and reliable approach to work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts)
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
