Tasks
- Formula-Based Blending: You weigh raw materials accurately and blend them precisely according to specified formulas
- Machine and Equipment Operation: You will operate, load, and monitor the modern production equipment used to manufacture adhesives and sealants
- Filling & Labeling: You will properly fill the finished products into containers and apply the correct labels to them
- Quality & Safety: You conduct quality controls and meticulously ensure compliance with strict safety and hygiene regulations in chemical production.
requirements
- Qualifications: You have completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or skilled trade field
- Work Experience: You already have extensive experience in production—ideally in the chemical industry or a related field
- Flexibility: Working in a flexible 3- or 4-shift system is no problem for you
- Resilience: You are physically fit, enjoy pitching in, and can keep a clear head even during stressful times
- Communication: You have a very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to understand and document work instructions and safety regulations without error
