Tasks

• Operation, Setup, and Monitoring of Modern Production and Packaging Systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Machine retooling and adjustment during product changes
• Conducting quality and visual inspections during production
• Troubleshooting minor issues and providing support for maintenance work
• Documentation of production data and compliance with quality standards
• Implementation of hygiene, safety, and production standards

requirements

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in food production or at a manufacturing company is a plus
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• A meticulous, reliable, and self-directed approach to work
• Good written and spoken German
