Tasks
- Maintenance and Repair of Heating Systems
- Inspection of Boilers, Heat Pumps, and District Heating Systems
- Troubleshooting Heating System Problems
- Replacement of defective components such as pumps, valves, or thermostats
- Repair of Water Pipes and Fittings
- Repairing Pipe Breaks and Leaks
- Repair of toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs in guest rooms
- Maintenance of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
- Cleaning or Replacing Filters
- Troubleshooting Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
requirements
- Completed vocational training as a HVAC technician or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of heating, plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Experience in the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of technical equipment
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Sense of responsibility and careful working methods
- Reliability and High Operational Readiness
- A friendly and service-oriented demeanor toward guests and coworkers
- Resilience and flexibility, especially during disruptions or emergencies
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duty
- Police Clearance Certificate (with no entries)
