Tasks
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for during your assignment in Schweinfurt include:
- Independent and timely processing of monthly payroll in accordance with legal requirements
- Maintenance of employee master data, as well as the recording and calculation of working hours, vacation, sick leave, and bonus payments
- Advising employees and managers on tax, social security, and payroll-related legal issues
- Handling registration and certification procedures, remitting taxes and social security contributions, and corresponding with government agencies and social security providers
- Preparation of payroll and personnel cost reports, as well as optimization of payroll processes and HR interfaces
requirements
- Completed business training, e.g., as a tax clerk (m/f/d), ideally with additional training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or in the area of payroll accounting
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably at a medium-sized or larger company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, income tax law, and social security law
- Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, common HR software, and MS Office, particularly Excel
- A structured, team-oriented, and service-oriented approach to work, strong communication skills, and discretion when handling confidential personnel data.
