Tasks

• Strategic and Operational Management of the Finance Division
• Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the team
• Preparation of and responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Ensuring that group reporting is completed on time
• Monitoring Compliance with Legal and Group-Wide Requirements
• Ensuring Compliance with Relevant Reporting Obligations and Compliance Requirements
• Assessment and Implementation of Accounting Issues
• Supporting and Implementing the Rollout of a New ERP System
• Optimization and Further Development of Financial Processes and Structures
• Support for special finance-related topics and projects

requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/tax law, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in a leadership role
• A strong aptitude for numbers and an understanding of IT
• In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting (HGB/IFRS), and tax law
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
