Tasks
- Support for production lines: Preparing parts and components to ensure smooth further processing.
- Operating equipment: Monitoring and loading automated production machines, as well as performing simple assembly tasks as directed.
- Quality Control: Conducting visual and metrological quality inspections of finished workpieces directly within the ongoing manufacturing processes.
- Packaging and Logistics: Sorting, securing finished products for transport, and preparing them for shipment.
- Order and Cleanliness: Adherence to occupational safety and hygiene standards at one's own workstation.
requirements
- Willingness to work shifts: Since production usually operates on a multi-shift basis (2-shift or 3-shift system), flexibility is essential here.
- Manual dexterity: A keen eye and a sure touch for precise, detailed work.
- Basic technical understanding: Some experience in a manufacturing facility or in metalworking is a plus, but is often not required.
- Reliability and the ability to work well with others: Punctuality, a meticulous approach to work, and effective teamwork are crucial for maintaining production cycle times.
- Physical Stamina: Endurance for work that primarily involves standing on the production lines.
