Tasks

• Assembly and sealing of optical systems, such as achromats and beam splitters, according to work instructions and technical drawings, using appropriate tools
• Professional cleaning and thorough visual inspection of optical components
• Implementation of PNI Cleaning Processes
• Cleanroom-compliant packaging and handling of optical components
• Recording and Documenting Workflows and Material Movements in the SAP ERP System
• Independent organization, management, and supervision of the camp
• Active participation in 6S and CIP initiatives for continuous process optimization
• Conducting independent quality inspections and evaluating the inspection results
• Support for Development and Optimization Projects
• Flexible deployment across various areas of the company

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a precision optician (m/f/d) or comparable technical or skilled trade training 
• A strong technical understanding, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Exceptional manual dexterity and fine motor skills (“a knack for it”)
• Experience handling chemicals is a plus
• Quick learner, highly motivated, and a team player
• Shift readiness
• Good written and spoken German
