Tasks

• Preparation of technical documentation for machines and systems in accordance with the Machinery Directive, including images and graphics
• Efficient Organization and Management of Digital Documents and Archives
• Answering questions and providing support to the departments regarding documentation
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of technical documentation tailored to different target audiences
• Consolidating and standardizing documents from different departments
• Information research and close collaboration with internal and external partners and service providers
• Preparation and systematic documentation of safety-related information

requirements

• Experience as a Technical Writer (open to all) (academic background or relevant professional experience)
• Very good written and spoken German
• English spoken and written
• Experience in writing technical documents, operating manuals, and user guides
• Experience with professional documentation software—ideally Adobe FrameMaker
• Expertise in CE compliance, machine safety, and legal requirements for operating instructions is desirable
• Using Office Safely
• CAD skills (e.g., SolidEdge) are a major plus
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Willingness to learn new areas and develop new concepts that improve day-to-day work
