We are looking for several production workers for small-part assembly for our client, a steadily growing and modern company.
This is a direct hire position with our client.

Tasks
- Setting Up, Operating, Loading, Optimizing, and Maintaining Machines in SMD Production
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting, as well as performing maintenance work to ensure quality
- Mechanical and electrical assembly of modules and small subassemblies
- Solder SMD components onto printed circuit boards according to the assembly diagram
- Post-processing of parts
- Visual and functional product inspection in accordance with instructions and test certificates
requirements
- You have completed vocational training (ideally in a technical or precision mechanics field; e.g., hairdresser, dental assistant, precision mechanic, or similar).
- You have dexterous hands and enjoy working with small and very small parts with precision
- You have good eyesight and are willing to work shifts
