We are seeking motivated welders (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Kaiserslautern as part of a temporary staffing arrangement (with the option of direct hire).

Tasks

• Precision Work: You check the dimensional accuracy of incoming components against parts lists and engineering drawings
• Assembly: You will independently assemble complex subassemblies and prepare the components
• Welding Technology: You set up welding equipment on your own for tack welding, always paying attention to distortion and stability
• Quality Assurance: You follow strict work and welding procedures and report quality deviations immediately.

requirements

• Qualifications: A completed 3.5-year apprenticeship (e.g., industrial mechanic, metalworker) is preferred
• Experience: You are proficient in using various welding methods and metalworking tools
• Skills: You have no trouble reading technical drawings and inspecting assemblies
• Mobility & Communication: You must have a Class B driver's license, your own vehicle, and very good written and spoken German skills.
