Tasks

• Independently handle day-to-day financial accounting
• Verification, Account Assignment, and Posting of Business Transactions
• Processing Payments and Resolving Open Items
• Account reconciliation and maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable master data
• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Preparation of reports and evaluations for management
• Participation in internal projects and process optimization

requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting/finance
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• In-depth knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and practical experience in preparing annual financial statements
• Training to become a financial accountant (m/f/d) is an advantage
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong numerical skills, discretion, and the ability to work well with others
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting software and the proALPHA ERP system is a plus
