Electronics technician (m/f/d)

Job description

We are seeking several electronics technicians (m/f/d) for connection systems/cable manufacturing at our Kassel location for a company in the defense industry, to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Manufacturing of simple to complex cables and assemblies based on technical drawings, bill of materials, and applicable standards
• Stripping wire insulation and heat-shrinking tubing and fittings
• Soldering and crimping contacts, as well as assembling and populating connectors
• Maintenance and repair of cables and assemblies
• Conducting testing and quality control in accordance with specified standards

requirements

• Completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification, or many years of experience in industrial cable manufacturing
• A solid understanding of technical drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions
• Strong ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, and a strong commitment to quality
• A meticulous, reliable, independent, and organized approach to work
• Willingness to work two shifts (Monday–Friday) and very good German language skills
