Tasks
- Data Entry and Maintenance in the Data System
- Reviewing and Processing Orders and Bookings
- Documentation of Goods Movements
- Verification and Comparison of Data and Supporting Documents
- Assistance with general administrative tasks in the logistics department
- Communication with the appropriate departments in the event of discrepancies
requirements
- Ideally, some experience in logistics, data entry, or administrative work
- Proficiency in using computers and common data systems
- Good written and spoken German
- Careful and structured way of working
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Forklift license desirable
- Written and spoken German (at least B2 level)
