We are looking for welders (m/f/d) for a well-known client in Lengede.

Tasks
- Performing MAG welding on metal components, assemblies, and structures in accordance with technical specifications
- Proper preparation of workpieces through tack welding, grinding, and marking based on technical drawings
- Independently setting up, operating, and monitoring welding equipment and welding systems
- Conducting visual and quality inspections of welds in accordance with applicable standards and quality requirements
- Post-weld processing of welded joints, including grinding, straightening, and cleaning the workpieces
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and work regulations, as well as carefully documenting the work performed
requirements
- A completed apprenticeship as a welder (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or assembly mechanic (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in the metalworking field
- Experience in MAG welding of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
- Ideally, valid welder certifications in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9606-1—if these have expired, we’ll be happy to help you renew them
- Proficiency in working with technical drawings and welding procedures
- An independent, meticulous, and quality-conscious approach to work
- Team spirit, reliability, and a willingness to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts)
