Tasks

• Setting up and operating machines and equipment, including preparing materials
• Setup of CNC Machines, Tool Setup, and Zero Point Determination
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs, as well as defining machining sequences
• Conducting quality inspections and documenting production data
• Monitoring, Maintenance, and Optimization of Production Processes

requirements

• Completed technical training in the metalworking field
• In-depth knowledge of CNC, including 5-axis machining and Heidenhain controls
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems (e.g., SolidCAM/SolidWorks)
• Knowledge of quality management and manufacturing documentation
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
