Tasks

• Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting
• Maintenance and Management of Personnel Master Data
• Processing of Reporting and Certification Procedures
• Point of contact for employees, health insurance providers, and government agencies regarding issues related to income tax and social security law
• Creation of evaluations and statistics
• Support with human resources administrative tasks

requirements

• Completed business training, ideally with additional training in payroll accounting
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• Proficiency in MS Office and common payroll software
• Careful, structured, and responsible approach to work
• Discretion and Reliability
