Job description

We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) for our client in Bad Kreuznach for a direct hire position.

Tasks

• Maintenance and monitoring of the quality management system (including action plans, document reviews, and process reviews)
• Responsible for the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of internal and external audits (conducted by certification bodies and customers)
• Conducting plant inspections to verify order and cleanliness
• Coordinating and reviewing the departments regarding upcoming monthly tasks (in the areas of HACCP, quality management, occupational safety, energy, and the environment)
• Conducting training sessions on HACCP
• Supporting the employer in occupational safety and accident prevention, and serving as the point of contact for all questions related to workplace safety
• Implementation of the Health & Safety Strategy at the Site
• Support in handling and analyzing the causes of workplace accidents
• Planning Occupational Safety Training Sessions

requirements

• Completion of training as an occupational safety specialist is desirable but not required (the employer is happy to provide this training afterward)
• Completed training as a technician or master technician required, or a relevant degree
• Initial professional experience in the field of quality management or occupational safety is desirable
