We are looking for a part-time financial accountant (m/f/d) for our medium-sized client in Niederdorfelden.

Tasks

• Management of Multiple Companies
• Entries in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger Accounting
• Management of plant accounting
• Bank entries
• Assistance with Monthly Financial Statements
• Account reconciliation
• Posting year-end entries in coordination with our tax advisor
• Advance sales tax return
• Assistance with tax audits and annual financial statement audits
• Compiling and maintaining various statistics; assisting with projects
• A sparring partner for the division manager
• You will report directly to the Head of Finance.

requirements

• A degree in business administration or a business apprenticeship, ideally with an additional certification as a certified accountant
• Practical experience with SAP applications and MS Office is a must
• Knowledge of corporate accounting (consolidation) is a plus
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
• You work in a structured and independent manner, and quickly acquire any missing expertise on your own
• We require an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take the initiative
