Our client is a rapidly growing logistics company with a modern logistics center in the heart of Marl.

To strengthen the team there, we’re looking for motivated order pickers (m/f/d) who can ensure a smooth flow of goods. Whether you’re an experienced worker or a motivated career changer—what counts here is your dedication!

Working Hours

Early shift:

Mon–Fri: 5:45 a.m.–2:45 p.m.

Late shift:

Mon–Thu: 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

Fri: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tasks

• Order Picking: Picking customer orders using modern handheld scanners.
• Quality Control: Checking items for completeness and visible damage.
• Packaging: Securely packaging and preparing shipments for outbound processing.
• Warehouse Maintenance: General sorting and tidying tasks to ensure order and safety.

requirements

• Forklift License: A valid forklift license is required.
• Reliability:A conscientious, organized, and independent approach to day-to-day warehouse work.
• Team spirit: Enjoying collaboration within a dynamic, supportive team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (two-shift system consisting of early and late shifts).
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken German (at least B1 level) to understand system instructions.
