Tasks
- Carrying out maintenance, repair, renovation, and new construction work on production facilities and building systems
- Analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of malfunctions in machinery, complex plant systems, and mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation and control, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Manufacturing, machining, and repairing mechanical components according to technical drawings using machining processes, as well as installing electrical components according to circuit and wiring diagrams
- Assembly, disassembly, and reassembly of subassemblies and components according to technical drawings, including functional, quality, and fit-and-finish inspections as part of maintenance and optimization measures
requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), power electronics technician (m/f/d), or in a comparable field
- Rated voltage up to at least 1 kV
- Several years (at least 5 years) of relevant professional experience
- Solid technical and physics knowledge, as well as manual dexterity
- Strong mathematical skills and well-developed logical and spatial reasoning abilities
- Willingness and aptitude for work involving particular hazards, especially work involving a risk of falling, in mine areas, near cranes, with industrial trucks, and on ladders
- Forklift license desirable
