Job description
On behalf of our client, we are filling several positions for production workers (m/f/d) in the manufacturing of ignition boosters.
- Location: Aschau am Inn
- Shift Schedule: 4- shift / 5-shift starting in January 2026
- Start Date: August 1, 2026
- Compensation: Starting at €18.15 per hour; €25.43 per hour starting in the 15th month

Tasks
- Operate and load the production line for ignition boosters
- Place the propellant charge rods on the conveyor belt and align them
- Label the ignition booster according to specifications
- Pack products according to instructions
- Conduct visual and quality inspections
requirements
- First professional experience in production desirable
- Willingness to work a 4-shift schedule (transition to a 5-shift schedule effective January 1, 2027)
- Good knowledge of German
- Flexibility, endurance, and high reliability
- Impeccable certificate of good conduct
