We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client in Karlsruhe.

Tasks

• Leading the industrialization of customer projects as part of the APQP process
• Planning and Implementation of the Pre-Production Process
• Proof of Production Readiness
• Supporting the series launch through to stable production
• Interface Management Between Engineering, Production, and Quality
• Ensuring compliance with relevant quality and standards requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485)
• Support for risk analyses (e.g., FMEA)
• Preparation of Status Reports

requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, plastics engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering, a manufacturing environment, or project management
• Experience in managing industrialization projects
• Strong technical and process-oriented understanding
• German & English for Effective Communication
