• Take responsibility for managing the construction project
• Responsible for communication and coordination among the unions
• Collaboration with relevant departments
• Documentation of Construction Progress 

requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable degree or continuing education
• Basic knowledge of residential construction is a plus
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• The ability to work independently and in an organized manner is required
