Tasks

• Bidding, Negotiation, and Awarding of Subcontractor Services
• Review and Evaluation of Proposals and Opportunities for Optimization
• Technical Coordination with Construction and Project Management
• Building and Maintaining a Network of Subcontractors
• Involvement in procurement strategies
• Support with contract negotiations and tracking of contract awards

requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or training as a Construction Technician (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, experience in construction management, project management, or contracting
• Technical understanding of construction processes and trades
• Ability to evaluate services and offers
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
