We are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) to join the growing finance team at our client’s location in Kappelrodeck .

(Annual salary up to €70,000)

Tasks

• Active support and collaboration in the Controlling department
• Assistance withMonthly and Year-End Financial Statements
• Collaboration with HR and other cross-functional departments
• Active participation in a wide range of cross-departmental projects and initiatives affecting the global group, as well as in the further development of our finance tools, processes, and reports
• Support with business planning and strategic decisions, such as creating price lists or financial plans 

requirements

• Business training and initial experience in the field of controlling/finance
• Preferably some prior experience working on HR-related topics
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in cross-functional topics
• Proficient in using all standard MS Office programs, particularly Excel, and has experience working with BI tools
• Team spirit, a responsible work ethic, reliability, and a high level of motivation
• Fluency in German and English rounds out the profile
